Problems with the teacher? – What to do when things get difficult?

Conflicts are part of our coexistence. When they arise, it is important to deal with them in a constructive manner.

But what can you do as a student if you encounter difficulties with classmates or teachers?

First, seek conversation…

1. with the (deputy) class representatives.

2. with the class teacher or another teacher you trust.

3. with the school social worker (Ms. Buchheldt) and/or with the advisory teaching team (Ms. Beck/Mr. Gräser).

These people will help you resolve the difficulties through targeted mediation between the conflicting parties.

If this was not successful, you can also contact the department heads, Mr. Müller or Mr. Franz. They can also help to mediate.

The primary goal is always to develop solution strategies together so that conflicts can be dealt with appropriately and everyone can learn in a positive atmosphere.

Rest assured, we will find a good solution!
